2011 Race Routes - Please Download  

Safety Note:
"Max stay in water for 750m swim is 30min". The athlete will be 
“pulled from the water” as the time limit passed. 
The athlete can still continue with the event but their time 
will made “unofficial” and move them down to the bottom of 
the sheet with a note.

Note: Only 1 bike per competitor is allowed 
in the transition zone.
